Shipping & Returns
We ship our t-shirts globally, shipping rates are based on the country shipped to and the number of t-shirts ordered. See the table below for shipping costs to your country.
Orders of 3 or more t-shirts in the US get free shipping. ALL ORDERS OVER US$75 HAVE FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.
Please note: Shipping rates for countries in the European Union (EU) are subject to EU Value Added Tax (VAT). The VAT will be added at the checkout before you confirm your payment.
Note for Australian customers: As of November 1, 2018 all online retailers are required by the Australian government to charge 10% GST. The GST amount will be added at the checkout so you can review it before you confirm payment.

Once your order has been fulfilled you can expect the following shipping times to the various locations:

Orders with delivery addresses within the United States include full, detailed tracking. International orders are not tracked once they leave the United States, this means international customers will be able to track their package until it leaves the US, but after that they will not receive any additional tracking information until the order is delivered. We are looking to improve tracking for our international customers in the coming months.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase, if a t-shirt you've purchased is defective in any way we will gladly offer you an exchange or a refund. We also offer exchanges on t-shirts that are the wrong size. To submit a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days.
If any of the products you order have any type of fault please contact us as soon as possible (within a week of receiving the order) to arrange the returns, providing photos of the damaged t-shirts will help us process your return quickly.
Detailed refund information
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund and you're concerned about it's progress please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or are the incorrect size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
