We will happily refund or free re-ship (you can choose) any order lost in transit. It's very rare that an order is lost, but when it does happen we make sure it gets resolved ASAP.
We offer returns on all products if they're faulty in anyway (printing errors, damaged t-shirts etc.) or if the t-shirt does not fit correctly (Check the sizing page to make sure your t-shirts fit).
If any of the products you order have any type of fault please contact us as soon as possible (within a week of receiving the order) to arrange the returns.
